Purpose
These website package terms explain the practical scope conditions for Netvibes Infotech Ltd. website packages. They support the starter website package, premium business website package, and ecommerce website package pages without replacing a written quote or approved project scope.
Starting prices and approved scope
Package prices are starting prices for eligible scopes. Final pricing depends on approved pages, content, integrations, ecommerce requirements, product data, third party tools, custom workflows, and SEO requirements. Additional revisions, pages, services, products, integrations, content, or advanced functionality may require a separate quote.
Client supplied information and access
The client must supply accurate business information, approved content, services, images, logos, account access, domain or hosting access where required, and timely feedback. Netvibes cannot be responsible for delays or incorrect public information caused by missing, inaccurate, or unapproved client material.
Hosting and domain inclusion
Hosting and domain inclusions apply only where the current published package page and written scope confirm them. Standard first year hosting and one standard domain may be included for eligible package scopes. Premium domains, renewals, special hosting requirements, email hosting, paid DNS services, and third party platform fees are excluded unless confirmed in writing.
Paid third party fees
Payment processor fees, shipping provider fees, paid APIs, premium plugins, premium themes, marketplace integrations, ERP or inventory integrations, accounting integrations, paid stock assets, and other third party costs are excluded unless confirmed in writing.
Google Business Profile and reviews
Google Business Profile work requires client authorization and verified access. The client must approve accurate business details, categories, services, service areas, hours, descriptions, images, and posts. Up to 20 Google Business Profile posts means a maximum of 20 approved posts during the initial package delivery. Google may require verification or reverification, and all services and posts must follow Google policies.
Search visibility limitations
Netvibes can provide technical SEO foundations, on page SEO setup, schema, internal links, sitemap checks, local SEO foundations, and Google Business Profile consistency work where included. Netvibes cannot guarantee Google approval, indexing, profile visibility, local rankings, organic rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or continued availability of third party features.
Ongoing services
Ongoing website maintenance, ongoing SEO campaigns, recurring content creation, link building, advertising, advanced analytics reporting, and post launch support retainers are separate unless explicitly included in the approved package scope or written agreement.
